30 Days of Thankfulness: The BIG Finale!

It’s here! The last day of the month. November 30th. The last day of this blog project. Did you keep up with all 30 days? I’ll be honest, it’s really hard on some days to be thankful. We get caught up in the busyness of our everyday lives that we tend to take for granted the things that we love the most. I know I’m guilty. The thing I’m around the most, happens to be the thing that I often forget about.

On August 2nd, 2007, I made a choice to respond to a Facebook message (Yep, this was totally in the old days before the Facebook “chat” feature. First off, I would just like to let you know why I’ve been slacking on this 30 Days of Thankfulness Project. We decided to build a Christmas Float for the annual Parade of Lights in Cape. Where in the world has the time gone?! Has it REALLY been over a week since I’ve updated this blog?! I swear this project was easier to do last year. Congratulations to those who have kept up!

Day 13: I’m thankful for romantic comedies :) I’m such a sucker when it comes to fairy tales.

Day 14: Today I am thankful for Kent Crider. He makes the BEST BBQed meat. SOOOOO stuffed. That, and he’s a pretty cool guy to work with :) Continue reading →

30 Days of Thankfulness: Day 12

See, I told you I would get around to this today. Day 12: Today I am thankful for those wonderful sisters in my life! We might not ALWAYS get along, but we always have each other’s best interest at heart. There is no way I would be this happy in life if it wasn’t for those two girls. All the laughs, chore swapping, Taylor Swift singing, childish dramatic (at the time) fights, Pag’s shifts, road trips, and Monster have only brought us closer. I’m so glad that they put up with my bossy self. I seriously have no idea what I would do without them!
