Rachel’s Recipes: Crock Pot Hawaiian BBQ Chicken

Three ingredients and a crock pot. That’s all you need for this yummy recipe! 

Ingredients:

  • 4-6 Boneless Chicken Breasts (Frozen or Not)
  • 1 Bottle Archer Farms Hawaiian Style Barbecue Sauce (or any brand)
  • 1 20 oz. can Pineapple Chunks, drained

Directions:

You guessed it. Spray your crock pot for easy clean up with cooking spray, but then just put the chicken on the bottom. Add the Barbecue Sauce and drained pineapple. Cook on High for 2-3 hours or Low for 4-6 hours. Then just pull chicken a part and BAM!

You can serve over rice, on buns, and so forth.
