Ingredients:

3 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes

1 medium onion, chopped

3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon minced chives

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon

1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Transfer to a double thickness of greased heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. square). Dot with butter.
Fold foil around potato mixture and seal tightly. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 15-18 minutes on each side or until potatoes are tender.
Carefully open foil. Sprinkle the bacon cheeses over potato mixture. Grill 3-5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape.

Ingredients:

4 Granny Smith Apples

1/4 cup Sugar

1 tablespoon Brown Sugar

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/2 pre made Pie Crust

Directions:

First- Hollow out your apples. Dice the insides of your apples and mix with your sugar, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Stuff that mixture inside of your apples. Cut thin strips out of your pie crust and make a lattice top. Place your apples in a baking dish with just enough water to cover the bottom of the dish. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for another 20 minutes. Bam! Enjoy!

This is a recipe I found from one of my grandma’s old recipe books. It takes about an hour to make, but the prep time is only about 5 minutes. Makes a good gravy as well for some mashed potatoes to go with the meal, and it will sound gourmet!

Ingredients:

6 Chicken Breasts

2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup (1 can of water to mix with)

Stove Top Stuffing Mix (Chicken Flavored)

1 stick of Margarine

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix Cream of Chicken Soup with 1 can of water and set aside. Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the bottom of a glass 8 1/2 *11 pan. Smother the chicken with Cream of Chicken soup. After an hour in the oven, pull chicken out. Melt margarine in microwave and mix with stuffing mix. Layer this on top of the chicken and put back in the oven. Let cook for another 10 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes and enjoy!

Makes a really good left over dish as well!
